1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jk33 account credentials, including your username and password. jk33 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), which is available at no cost through your account security settings.

You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity carried out under your account credentials — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. jk33 shall not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jk33 support immediately. jk33 will take reasonable steps to secure the account pending investigation but cannot guarantee the recovery of funds lost prior to notification.

• Do not use easily guessable passwords. jk33 recommends a minimum of 12 characters combining upper and lower case letters, numerals, and symbols.
• Do not access your jk33 account from shared, public, or unsecured devices or networks.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared devices.
• Review your login history regularly through account settings and report any unrecognised sessions promptly.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

jk33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladeshi users: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. Availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your jk33 wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. jk33 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make your most recent deposit ("same-source rule"), and only after your KYC identity verification is complete. Withdrawal processing times are typically between 5 and 30 minutes for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, and up to 3 business days for card or bank transfers.

• jk33 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including enhanced due diligence checks on accounts with unusual activity.
• Withdrawals of bonus winnings are subject to applicable wagering requirements being met in full before processing.
• jk33 may place a temporary hold on withdrawals for security review. You will be notified if this applies to your account.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your wallet. Contact support immediately if you believe an erroneous deposit has occurred.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jk33 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, tournament prizes, and other promotional incentives ("Promotions"). All Promotions are governed by these Terms and any additional specific terms communicated at the time the Promotion is offered.

The following general conditions apply to all Promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Promotions are available to registered, verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each Promotion may only be claimed once per player, household address, device, or IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds carry wagering requirements (rollover). These will be stated clearly when the Promotion is offered. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 35x the bonus amount unless specified differently for a particular offer.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the Promotion. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on jk33 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport, event, or game type in question. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand the applicable rules for that market. The following general betting rules apply across the platform:

• Bets are only accepted from registered, verified, and logged-in account holders with sufficient cleared funds in their jk33 wallet.
• Once a bet has been confirmed by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• In the event of a platform or pricing error that results in an obviously incorrect odds display, jk33 reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds and return stakes to the player's wallet.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and may be adjusted by jk33 at any time without prior notice, including for individual accounts where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to availability and may be suspended at any point during an event. jk33 accepts no liability for bets not confirmed prior to a suspension.
• Cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals — are governed by ICC playing conditions and standard cricket betting rules. Abandoned or void matches will result in bets being voided and stakes returned unless a result has already been determined under applicable rules.

jk33 reserves absolute discretion to settle bets in the manner it deems most consistent with the spirit of the applicable rules, particularly in cases of unusual circumstances not explicitly addressed by published rules.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jk33 platform. Detection of any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information during registration, KYC, or any other process; impersonating another person; using stolen or unauthorised payment credentials.
• Money Laundering: Using jk33 for the purpose of depositing, layering, or withdrawing funds derived from illegal sources. jk33 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity as required by law.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering more than one account per individual, household, or shared device/IP address for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the jk33 platform — including but not limited to the jk33 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, data compilations, software, and all other materials — is the proprietary property of jk33 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without prior written consent from jk33.
• Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works based on platform content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any software component of the platform.
• Use jk33 trademarks, trade names, or logos in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written permission.

Unauthorised use of jk33 intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.
